The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has granted EPA’s request for voluntary remand of the agency’s Trump-era air quality standards for ozone without any deadline to issue another rule, buying time for a full-blown statutory review after the agency dropped its voluntary reconsideration of the rule that retained Obama-era limits.
