ASTM Updates Environmental Site Assessment Standard To Include PFAS

An international industry standards-setting organization has finalized changes to its environmental site assessment standard, suggesting property buyers or other users may include per- or polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in site assessments of potentially contaminated properties if the substance is regulated by the state.
