A group of bipartisan House lawmakers is outlining a number of actions Congress could take in an expected upcoming infrastructure package to address drinking water and wastewater needs, including increased federal funding for EPA, addressing the affordability strain on ratepayers and investing in high-risk, high-reward technology development.
