Bloom Energy is pressing California utility regulators to immediately suspend the scheduled Feb. 1 effective date of state air board greenhouse gas standards for stationary fuel-cell generators, arguing that units using natural gas will become noncompliant and customers will no longer qualify for state incentives for the technology.
