To Bolster Scientific Integrity, EPA Will ‘Reconstitute’ Key Advisory Panels

EPA has dissolved the current memberships of its Science Advisory Board (SAB) and Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee (CASAC) and will seek new nominees to both committees as well as their subpanels, in what Administrator Michael Regan said is a necessary step to strengthen the agency’s scientific integrity protections.
