California-Quebec GHG Auction Sells All Credits At Slightly Lower Prices

California’s latest joint greenhouse gas allowance auction with Quebec sold all available current and future credits but at prices that were slightly lower than the previous auction held in August, with the sale netting the Golden State about $950 million for its GHG reduction and climate adaptation programs.
