CARB Launches New Zero-Emission Rule For Off-Road Equipment

The California air board is launching a new regulatory proposal to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) emissions from a variety of off-road powertrains and equipment by requiring manufacturers to produce and sell an increasing percentage of zero-emission (ZE) models.
