CEQ’s NEPA Plan Restores Mandates To Analyze Effects, Alternatives

The White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) is proposing to restore a range of analysis requirements on federal agencies that the Trump administration dropped when it rewrote National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) implementing rules, according to a summary of the proposed rule slated for release Oct. 6.
