Chamber Leads Industry Challenge To EPA’s Landmark Superfund PFAS Rule

A coalition of industry groups led by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce is suing over EPA’s landmark Superfund rule designating two PFAS as “hazardous substances,” providing a long-awaited legal test for the hotly contested measure that marks the agency’s first-ever attempt to designate such substances by regulation.
