Disappointed With Budget, Officials Urge Congress To Boost EPA Water Funds

The Trump administration's budget request for fiscal year 2018 proposes a $4 million increase for EPA's water infrastructure programs, the only programs slated for an increase, but utility groups and other officials say the plan still falls far short of what is needed and they are urging appropriators to significantly increase the funds.
