DOJ Mandamus Motion Urges 9th Circuit To Dismiss Youth Climate Suit

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is urging the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit to take the “extraordinary” step of overruling a district court’s decision to allow a novel youth constitutional climate case to proceed to trial, and to instead dismiss the long-pending legal action.
