DOJ Reorganization Plan Seeks To Slash ENRD, Consolidate Key Offices

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is planning to slash its Environment & Natural Resources Division (ENRD) by consolidating its appellate, criminal and policy sections within other DOJ divisions and eliminating field offices, according to a memo obtained by Inside EPA .
