Environmentalists Urge ‘Expedited’ TSCA Rules Ahead Of New Evaluations

Several environmental groups are urging EPA to craft “expedited” TSCA rules for several chemicals subject to Trump-era risk evaluations the agency plans to rework, saying that while they support those revisions, the law gives officials authority to address “significant and imminent threats to health” without waiting for a final evaluation.
