Environmentalists Warn DOD To Comply With New PFAS Disposal Mandates

Weeks after policymakers enacted new limits on the Defense Department’s (DOD) incineration of materials containing per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), environmentalists are suggesting they may sue the department in an effort to force it to comply with the new mandates.
