EPA is agreeing with recommendations from its Office of Inspector General (OIG) to tighten how it verifies land-use controls at Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) corrective action facilities, after the watchdog found that the agency lacks standard methods for long-term oversight of such controls.
