EPA Drops GNP Expansion, Waste Combustor Air Rule Amid Legal Fights

EPA appears to have halted work on rules to expand the Good Neighbor Plan (GNP) interstate emissions program and dramatically toughen air standards on municipal waste combustors, amid a national stay on the GNP and concerted industry resistance to tighter limits on waste combustor emissions, and likely Trump EPA reversals of both measures.
