EPA Faces Challenges For Battery Recycling Best Practices Guidance

Recommendations from states and battery recycling groups are highlighting some of the challenges EPA may face in developing congressionally directed best practices recycling guidance, stressing the urgency of preventing improper disposal while warning that a “one-size-fits-all” approach is not a solution.
