EPA Finalizes Industrial Stormwater General Permit With Several Changes

EPA has finalized a Clean Water Act (CWA) general permit for industrial stormwater that makes several revisions from the agency’s proposal, including opting against the inclusion of certain sector-specific monitoring requirements because the agency says it previously misunderstood an expert panel’s recommendations on how to revise the permit.
