EPA Finds Limited Risks From DINP Uses In Novel Draft TSCA Evaluation

EPA is proposing to find that just three uses of the phthalate known as DINP pose unreasonable risks that could warrant regulation as part of a newly released draft TSCA evaluation -- the second such review the agency has conducted at a manufacturer’s request, after it similarly found risk from only one use of the related phthalate DIDP in May.
