Industry and environmental groups have filed a wave of competing lawsuits over major EPA air toxics rules, including regulations for integrated iron and steel manufacturing, commercial sterilizers using ethylene oxide (EtO), and a combined rule addressing ethylene production, chemical manufacturing, organic liquids distribution and oil refineries.
