EPA Particulate Matter Rules Face Senate Scrutiny At Upcoming Hearing

The chairman of the Senate's Clean Air, Climate Change and Nuclear Safety subcommittee is planning a hearing within weeks to raise concerns about EPA's possible release of new, more stringent particulate matter (PM) standards in December, according to a Republican source.
