EPA Poised To Issue Rule Likely Tightening Federal Fine Particulate Limit

EPA is expected to imminently release its controversial final rule likely tightening national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) for fine particulate matter (PM2.5), after White House officials completed inter-agency review of the measure, clearing the way for EPA Administrator Michael Regan to sign the final rule.
