EPA Proposes Rule To End TRI Waiver For De Minimis PFAS Releases

EPA is proposing a long-expected rule to end a Trump-era exemption from Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reporting for de minimis amounts of PFAS, saying the change will offer “a more complete picture” of releases and waste management after finding the waiver appeared to limit facility reporting of releases.
