EPA Proposes Slightly Stricter Air Toxics Regulations For Five Industries

EPA is proposing to slightly tighten air toxics controls for five industries, the latest in a series of Clean Air Act-mandated reviews of existing hazardous air pollutant (HAP) regulations that finds public health risks from certain sectors’ emissions are acceptable and do not justify significantly tightening the emissions standards.
