EPA Readies Long-Stalled Cumulative Risk Guide For Release By Year’s End

After years of work, EPA has resumed work on its guidelines for analyzing cumulative risks from overlapping environmental hazards, a key policy for driving the agency’s environmental justice agenda, with officials quietly peer-reviewing a draft version over the summer with the aim of finalizing the document by the end of the year.
