EPA Rejects Blackburn’s Ethics Pledge Request For Regan Advisor Garbow

EPA is rejecting Sen. Marsha Blackburn’s (R-TN) call for Avi Garbow, a former Obama EPA general counsel and now Administrator Michael Regan’s senior counselor, to sign an ethics pledge or disclose financial information, prompting the senator to warn that Garbow is a “radical activist” who might have significant conflicts of interest.
