EPA Retains Trump-Era Aircraft GHG Limits, Vexing Environmentalists

EPA has decided to retain Trump-era greenhouse gas standards for aircraft and push for stronger limits in international negotiations -- a move that is angering environmentalist and state litigants who will now press a lawsuit on the issue.
