EPA’s Final Air Cost-Benefit Rule Slated To Take Effect Immediately

EPA is releasing its final overhaul of the procedures used to analyze costs and benefits of Clean Air Act policies, with the Trump administration declaring the rule will take effect immediately upon publication in the Federal Register , a move that will almost certainly add to environmentalists’ legal challenges.
