EPA Seeks To Expedite Release Of EJ Information In FOIA Update Plan

EPA is floating a new process to expedite release of environmental justice (EJ) data as part of a just-proposed plan to update its Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) rules, a sign of the priority the agency’s leadership has attached to addressing EJ concerns.
