EPA Sends Final Rule Tightening MATS Limits For White House Review

EPA has sent its final rule likely tightening the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) for White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) interagency review, as the agency strives to meet its target of finalizing the major air rule in April.
