EPA Union, PEER Tout Scientific Integrity Safeguards In New Staff Contract

EPA’s largest union and a whistleblower group are highlighting novel language in the union’s recently signed collective bargaining agreement that they say significantly strengthens implementation and oversight of the agency’s scientific integrity policy, months after observers attacked proposed policy revisions for lacking enforcement mechanisms.
