EPA Urged To Withdraw Water Cyber Guide Due To Procedural Violations

Major water system operators and the U.S. Conference of Mayors are urging EPA to withdraw its recently issued policy requiring states to review systems’ cybersecurity vulnerabilities in a triennial “sanitary survey,” charging that the agency failed to comply with a series of regulatory procedures.
