Nearly 170 EPA employees who worked on environmental justice (EJ) issues are bringing a class-action complaint to the U.S. Office of Special Counsel (OCS), arguing the agency’s decision to place them on administrative leave is wrong and that they should be reintegrated into the EPA workforce with new assignments.
