Former Official Expects EPA To Win Remands Of Trump-Era Evaluations

David Fischer, who served as deputy head of EPA’s chemicals office in the Trump administration, says he expects a federal court to grant the agency’s requested remands of two TSCA chemical evaluations despite environmentalists’ objections following its victory on a separate request, predicting judges will see little difference between the three cases.
