Free-Market Groups Urge Congress To Expand CRA's Reach To Older Rules

Free-market groups are urging GOP lawmakers to employ a little-known provision of the Congressional Review Act (CRA) that requires agencies to submit regulations and guidance documents to Congress within 60 legislative days of the last session to vastly expand the number of rules that could be rescinded under the law.
