GAO Presses EPA To Improve Child Care Lead Testing Plan With HHS

The Government Accountability Office (GAO) is urging EPA to take additional steps to ensure that an agreement with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to facilitate testing for lead in water in child care facilities is implemented, saying the agency is not taking the situation seriously enough.
