Groups Continue To Delay Coal Ash Suit Amid Concern Over EPA Action

Environmentalists are continuing to delay their suit over EPA’s rule governing disposal of coal ash in unlined landfills, saying they need to assess the agency’s recent decision giving an Ohio power plant much longer than they would have preferred to comply with the rule’s requirements to end disposal in such facilities.
