House GOP Moves Quickly On TSCA Implementation Under Trump EPA

Republican leaders of the House Energy and Commerce Committee have scheduled a hearing next week on how EPA’s implementation of the 2016 TSCA reforms have “inhibited” American innovation, moving quickly to lay the groundwork for addressing industry calls to overhaul the revised toxics law.
