House Lawmakers Aim To Add Numerous PFAS Provisions To Defense Bill

House lawmakers are proposing multiple amendments to the fiscal year 2025 defense authorization bill that aim to require the Defense Department (DOD) to address PFAS in various ways, including cleaning up contamination on bases, prioritizing the procurement of PFAS-free items and evaluating personnel for PFAS exposures.
