House Lawmakers Fail To Add PFAS Measures To Defense Authorization Bill

A bipartisan group of lawmakers failed to convince the House Rules Committee to allow floor debate on 10 PFAS-related amendments to the fiscal year 2025 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), with the legislation winning House approval with only the few PFAS measures inserted during markup by the House Armed Services Committee.
