House Republicans Introduce CRA Resolution To Scrap TSCA TCE Rule

A pair of Republican lawmakers has introduced a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution to scrap the Biden administration’s TSCA trichloroethylene (TCE) rule, a measure that if enacted could force EPA to resolve competing statutory directives to regulate “unreasonable risk” and not issue a future “substantially similar” regulation.
