House Republicans Seek To Clarify WOTUS Enforcement Post-Sackett

Members of the Congressional Western Caucus, a group of House Republicans, are urging EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers to clarify how the agencies will implement and enforce their amended “waters of the United States” (WOTUS) definition to comply with the Supreme Court’s Sackett ruling.
