IG Faults Lack Of EPA Transparency In Implementing Trump’s ‘2-For-1’ EO

EPA’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) is faulting the agency’s lack of transparency when implementing President Donald Trump’s “two-for-one” executive order (EO 13711) intended to cut regulations and reduce compliance costs for regulated industry.
