Industry, Lawmakers Seek Air Rule Exemptions For Animal Farms

The agriculture industry is drafting a petition asking EPA to exempt some animal feeding operations from reporting air emissions under federal waste and air laws, at the same time that House lawmakers included similar language in EPA's spending bill.
