Klain Announces Regulatory Freeze For EPA Pending White House Review

Ronald Klain, President Joe Biden’s chief of staff, is announcing a regulatory “freeze” for EPA and all other federal agencies blocking them from pursuing any rulemaking efforts until the new administration can review the policies, though there will be some exceptions for emergency environmental situations and other top issues.
