Lawyers Expect EPA, California EJ MOU To Boost Enforcement In States

Industry attorneys expect EPA’s first-of-its-kind model environmental justice (EJ) memorandum of understanding (MOU) with California to bolster enforcement of regulations in disadvantaged communities not only in California, but in other states that pursue similar MOUs.
