OECA Extends COVID-19 Compliance Monitoring Flexibility To September

EPA’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance (OECA) is extending until September an enforcement flexibility policy driven by the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing state regulators to continue using both on-site and off-site compliance tools to meet on-site inspection commitments contained in agency compliance strategies and grants.
