OMB Reviewing EPA Rules Aimed At Addressing PFAS Under RCRA

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has begun interagency review of a pair of proposed Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) rules that would clear the way for regulators to subject at least four PFAS to the RCRA corrective action program.
