OMB Starts Review Of EPA’s Proposed PFAS ELG For Chemical Facilities

The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has begun formal interagency review of EPA’s proposed technology-based discharge limits of PFAS from chemical manufacturing facilities, which if finalized would become the first PFAS effluent limitations guidelines (ELGs) for any industry sector.
