OTC Seeks Air Limits For Waste Combustors, Tighter VOC & NOx Rules

The Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) of Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern states is seeking federal and state action to limit emissions from municipal waste combustors, while also calling for EPA to revise “grossly outdated” control techniques guidelines (CTGs) that limit volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) from multiple industry sectors.
